Carob Chocolate with Puffed Rice

- 60 g Carob powder
- 80 g Powder sugar
- 100 ml Coconut oil Melted
- 15 g Puffed rice Or other puffed grains
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract Optional
- A pinch of salt Optional
In a bowl add carob, powder sugar, salt and vanilla extract if you use and mix.
60 g Carob powder, 80 g Powder sugar, 1 tsp Vanilla extract, A pinch of salt
Add coconut oil and mix everything well until you have no lumps.
100 ml Coconut oil
Add the puffed rice and mix again.
15 g Puffed rice
Transfer everything into a mold and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or 15 in the freezer.
Remove from mold and enjoy!
