Carob Chocolate with Puffed Rice

Ingredients
  

  • 60 g Carob powder
  • 80 g Powder sugar
  • 100 ml Coconut oil Melted
  • 15 g Puffed rice Or other puffed grains
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract Optional
  • A pinch of salt Optional

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl add carob, powder sugar, salt and vanilla extract if you use and mix.
    60 g Carob powder, 80 g Powder sugar, 1 tsp Vanilla extract, A pinch of salt
  • Add coconut oil and mix everything well until you have no lumps.
    100 ml Coconut oil
  • Add the puffed rice and mix again.
    15 g Puffed rice
  • Transfer everything into a mold and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or 15 in the freezer.
  • Remove from mold and enjoy!
